Ibritumomab tiuxetan is approved (2011):

            ● to treat certain types of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). It is used in patients who have been treated with chemotherapy or with rituximab alone and have not gotten better or have had a relapse. Ibritumomab tiuxetan is combined with a radioactive substance and given with rituximab, as a type of radioimmunotherapy.

Il est utilisé chez les patients qui ont été traités par chimiothérapie ou par le rituximab seul et qui n’ont vu aucune amélioration ou qui ont expérimenté une rechute. L'ibritumomab tiuxétan est combiné à une substance radioactive et administré avec le rituximab (radioimmunothérapie)
